MAC, with its main location in Hamburg represents the air-conditioning competence of the MEYER Group with a holistic scope from research and development, basic and detailed engineering, among installation and commissioning as well as warranty and after sales services.
Since the air-conditioning, system is one of the largest consumers onboard it has a special role in terms of energy and space efficiency. Therefore, MAC puts strong effort in the development of energy efficient solutions.
Due to the complexity of the air-conditioning system and the special constraints of different ships, MAC is involved from the early development stage to find always the optimal customized solution for our customers.
HISTORY AND PERSPECTIVE
MAC was founded in 2015 as independent company which is a fix part of the MEYER Group with a close connection to MEYER WERFT in Papenburg, NEPTUN WERFT in Rostock and MEYER TURKU (Finland).
Since then, the young company has grown steadily and supplied numerous air conditioning systems for the ships of all MEYER sites.
For the overall target – to be global leader of maritime air-conditioning systems – we focus not only on the development of innovative solutions and extension of our scope but also on the continuously education and development of our employees.
